MAZEL TOV !

The kallah was from the West coast and the chosson from the East. The parents met, the siblings met, even the grandparents met before the wedding. All was terrific BH. The day of the wedding, the families all flew in for the simcha, even the two great grandmothers came – the kallah’s paternal grandmother, and the chosson’s maternal grandmother. During the photographs, the two elderly ladies were formally introduced and wished each other mazel tov. The chosson’s great grandmother commented that the kallah’s great grandmother had a very unusual first name, one that she hadn’t heard  since that awful day in Poland when she last saw her best friend…… No, it couldn’t be! Two pairs of unbelieving eyes stared deeply into each other’s seeking out a never forgotten twelve year old girl. And then everyone started to cry !!!! (even the photographer) It was unbelievable, but true !!!! How’s that for a memorable moment at a wedding?
